My Mitsubishi Medallion 1080 won't turn on

I have a Mitsubishi Medallion 1080 Integrated (don't have manual). It won't turn on with the remote. When I turned it on manually, the volume was all the way up and when I tried turning down the volumn manually, the bar showed it automatically turning itself all the way up again. I unplugged the tv for a half hour and now the green (reset?) light blinks and I can't turn the tv on at all.

any suggestions? Thanks!

Are you sure its the right remote? Verify TV mode on remote if equiped with mode switch. Drain the remote by removing batteries.

This just recently happened to my Samsung DLP. It's a pretty easy fix. You need to replace the lamp. Check your manual for the particulars of that model.

Mitsubishi medallion 1080 HDTV integrated model # ws-65615. No sound at all please help

Look for any jacks that you plug auxillary sound devices into and see if you have any sound from them. Check the menu for setup and make sure that nothing in the audio is set to be off or set to external. If that is all ok, look online with that model number for audio boards.

Mitsubishi Medallion 1080 WS-55413 - colors not aligned

There is no "reset" as the set has in the customer and tech menus ways to attempt to manually adjust this.

under convergence in the customer menu select advanced and follow the instructions on the screen.

If Red or Blue or Green are skewed and will not adjust it means one of the two STK-394-250 CONVERGENCE chips this set uses is bad.

Depending on where you buy them they will range in price from about 12 dollars each to nearly 35 dollars each.

Let me know what you find; this may or may not be a do it yourself repair as some real expertise is required to correctly get at and replace the chips.

Can't loate bool;et for Mitsubishi HD 1080 Series Medallion

it is usually in the Audio settings, sometimes by the CC settings, if you go to the TV and enter th menu from the set, go thru one at a time until you find the spot to turn it off, it is under options or Menu on the remote also, there maybe an SAP Option on the remote itself, but you may have to press another key first like a "Function: Key.
I hope this helps some, if so please give me a good (fixya) rating. Thanks and have a Blessed Day

SAP on Mitsubishi Medallion 65" 1080

Set the tv to stero setting this should turn sap off. This can be changed by the remote or in the enu under audio settings. MONO<STEREO<SAP are some of the choices select stereo.
Second[ary] audio program[ming] (SAP) is an auxiliary audio channel for analog television that can be broadcast or transmitted both over the air and by cable TV. It is often used for an alternate language. HOPE THIS HELPED GOOD LUCK AND THANK YOU
