Depending on your model, you may be able to remove the bobbin case, hook cover and hook and see if it will turn (consult your manual). It may be out of time or something has broken.

My berinina sewing machine is making a clunking noise but the stitches look fine . how do i find out whats causing the noise?

first ck that your needle isn't hitting the bobbin !! that's the #1 thing that happens to make funny noises !! use a flashlight and view needle turned by hand as it slips into center of bobbin !! then also ck that darning lever isn't part ways engaged that will do it too !!

Wheel won't turn

it's possible that there is a broken or loose part, it would be a good idea to have the sewing machine checked.

My thread got caught inside where the bobin is so I took out the bobin and the thread was still stuck. I took out the 2 metal pieces that hold the bobin in place and now I can't get them back in. Help?!

Insert the small metal piece into the big piece. Try turning it in a circle one way. It should fall into place. It it doesn't, take the small piece, flip it, and turn again in a circle. It's very easy. Or go to ebay under bobbins so that you can see a picture.
