Sudden shut down

It's possible that this is a hardware failure or a power adapter failure. Try to reset the unit and reinstall it again. You can also check for firmware updates available online. Try to use other power adapter as well with the same specs with the original power adapter.

Model WS55819: Shut off by itself. Power ON with remote, Green light next to power button on TV flashes twice fir 10 cycles and shuts off. Unplugged TV for 30 minutes and for 4+ hours. Same results.

The Error Code designations indicating a malfunction, or no malfunction, are listed below:

"12" ... indicates no error has occurred.

"21" ... X-Ray Protect circuit.

"22" ... Short Protect circuit.

"23" ... Horizontal Deflection failure.
"24" ... Vertical Deflection failure.

you will have to count the blinks, then there is a short pause and then following a second set of blinks this tells what is wrong with set.

The computer suddenly shut down & will not re-boot. On turning on there may be a few seconds to allow option of opening up in safe mode which is applied but within a few seconds the system shuts down...

Bad Power Supply.
Weak voltage power rail.

One of the leading causes of computer failure.
Replace the Power Supply.

[The next cause of failure is the computer is dirty inside, as well as inside the Power Supply's case.
Dirt, dust, etc, takes a Power Supply down quick ]

Need guidance of how to replace your Power Supply, or guidance in finding a decent replacement Power Supply let me know in a Comment.

Computer just turnoff suddenly

Could be one of two most common problems?
#1
Have you ever replaced the CPU Cooler (Heatsink/fan)?
CPU Cooler fan may be working, Heatsink dirty.
CPU is over-heating = mainboard turns off
Replace CPU Cooler
#2
Power Supply fan not working causing partial failure on 5volt or 12volt side.
Replace Power Supply

There are more causes but these are most common for short-time boot problems.
Another could be hard-drive, but that wouldn't shut system down like first two would.

While the model of your set is slightly different, the checks described generally still apply, as it is very similar.

My tv wont turn on

Not that it is pertainent but it would be interesting to know which ICs you replaced and what caused you to suspect them; was the set dead before as it is now?
Generally, no video and no sound points to a power supply failure. Sometimes they will get slow at turning on, and others may fail completely; these two failure types can indicate different failure modes.
The type of failure that causes hard-starting power supplies is often cheap to repair whereas a failure that suddenly occurs can be more costly and involving more labor to resolve.
Pasted below is my usual suggestion for suspected power supply failures: --If it just fails to turn on, the main power supply is probably at fault and without some technical background and a couple of test instruments, you will not be able to do the repair yourself.
What you can do though is; unplug the set, let it stand overnight or at least several hours, remove the back panel and look for a separate board with mostly larger components on it; it will have a ferrite core transformer on it and several larger capacitors which are cylindrical and mounted vertically to the board.

Before touching anything inside, especially on that board, allow several hours to be safe since the larger capacitors can hold a painful voltage charge for some hours.

If you see signs of overheating such as discoloration of the board material, it may not be repairable but if you can find a part number on the board, you might be able to buy the power supply and install it yourself.
If there are no signs of heat damage to the board, there may be companies offering to repair it as a subassembly instead of repairing the whole set which could be much more expensive.
If you choose to replace or have it done, the power supply still may not be at fault since most are capable of switching on and off if a downstream problem is causing an overload.

could be a ratings problem. Perform a reset by holding down your channel up and channel down buttons on the unit itself simultaneously until it shuts off. Wait a few seconds and turn it back on. Give it a try. Good Luck - Tamara
