I am wondering and wanting to start a web site to answer heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration questions. I want to charge for this service and want to offer replacement parts purchases.
It would help if I had a way to ''SEE'' what the customer was looking at. If he/she could take a pic of their unit or problem and I could see it in real time?
What soft ware, hardware, AND TECH expertise should I be looking for? Any idea as to the cost and services offered to do this?
