You could try using Revo Un-installer first. There is a mode called Hunter mode and you can drag what looks to be a gun's sight over an icon to then do one of a few things, like kill and delete the process.
Once that's been done, then try running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM).
If that doesn't work, try rebooting into safe mode.
To boot into safe mode, once the screen goes through all the POST information press and hold the F8 key and you should then be prompted to select how you want to start windows and one of the options should say Safe Mode with Networking.
Good luck and if you have further questions please let me know.
Regards, Chris

Yes this does appear to be a virus.
Open your machine in safe mode with networking - tap f8 as you boot up and then select from the list.
Download and install malwarebytes anti-malware from here http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Run the program and follow any advice about removal/quarantines, reboot and hopefully you will be clean

There are 81 Malicious virus they are Virus - 70 Trojan Programme - 9 and Malwar - 2. I have already kespersky antivirus for one year.

Load Malwarebytes, or you can get a free version of A.V.G, anti virus.
Run them both, if the infections on your system wont let you load an anti virus program, use a friends to get the programs, load them on a flash drive or a disk and then use them on your system. If the system is destroyed, you have have to load a new O.S.
Hope this helps.

I have a virus and cant connect to the internet, how do i connect and get rid of the virus?

I suggest that on the computer you're on now, that you download the free version of Malwarebytes, burn it to CD disk, and install it into the afflicted computer.

The virus you have, sounds Very much, like MS Antivirus! Some other 'cute' names are Windows Anti-Virus, XP Antivirus, Antivirus Pro, Antivirus Pro 2009, and so on. Wait a week, I'm sure there will be plenty more!

Some of the things it does, is not let you connect to the internet. It also doesn't let you access any Administrator options. No Control Panel, No Task Manager, No Windows Explorer, and other administrative tasks.

The free version of Malwarebytes wipes it out!

This link is to Wikipedia.org, and their descriptive page about Malwarebytes Anti-Malware,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malwarebytes

This is the download page for the free version of Malwarebytes,
http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html

Go down to -> Download Now (2.83MB), and click on it.

A small window will come up which has -> mbam-setup.exe <- in it.
Click on Save.
If you do not have your downloads saved to go to your My Documents folder, (Start>My Documents), this downloaded small file will go to your desktop screen.
Have a blank CD-R disk in your burner drive, (CD or DVD), then right-click on the mbam-setup.exe, folder, and click on Copy in the fly-out menu.

I can't install my norton antivirus...

Try running a free program like malware bytes first before you try to install norton. Sometimes viruses will disable the anti-virus installation when they see them running. For really really bad viruses that wont let you remove them a reformat or restore may be necessary.
