Question about IBM ThinkPad A20 2628 Notebook
You could try using Revo Un-installer first. There is a mode called Hunter mode and you can drag what looks to be a gun's sight over an icon to then do one of a few things, like kill and delete the process.
Once that's been done, then try running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM).
If that doesn't work, try rebooting into safe mode.
To boot into safe mode, once the screen goes through all the POST information press and hold the F8 key and you should then be prompted to select how you want to start windows and one of the options should say Safe Mode with Networking.
Good luck and if you have further questions please let me know.
