This alarm is related to a problem in the DC to DC converter. Possibly an IGBT in shortcircuit. But its not easy to fix this units, you better buy a new one.

Honestly, the cost of repair might exceed the cost of a new unit. We can likely get any parts needed to repair the unit, but might not be the most cost effective solution. Might want to price around for a replacement unit. If you need additional assitance, please contact us.

My ups has is faulty i need a circuit diagram to fix it

I had a DC bus fault error displayed.

So I unplugged battery, then turned on UPS. It said Batt disconnected of course.

So when I plugged in the batt while the UPS was on, and held the power button for a few sec, the UPS displayed Batt testing.

After a few moments it was back online and had no faults!

Worth a shot.

Help - I have the same Fault!

Normally DC BUS FAULT is fixed by replacing C14 and C10. C14 is the 100uf/63V and C10 is 2200uf/16V. They are located between the heat dissipator and the logic board near transformer TX1.

Powerware 9120 DC Bus Fault Problem.

there is a 100uf/63v capacitor near the IRF630 fet. You need to replace this in order to fix this error. Along there is also a 2200uf/16v capacitor. It is a good idea to change the both at the same time.
