In the process of rebuilding a Stihl 088 chainsaw and attempting to remove the cylinder head, two of the bolts came off fairly easily yet the remaining two won't budge. Are all four of the bolts that hold the cylinder head on right hand threads?

Chain lube oil leaks when not using but not sure where from.

How do you set the chainsaw down when not using it? You're supposed to lay it on the flat side when not in use, or it will leak.

Stihl 026 chainsaw... bogs down when giving it gas. Removed the breather and helped a little, but still bogs down under a load.

Probably need to adjust the high and low speed settings on the carburetor.
See your owners manual for location and adjustment procedures.

I have a stihl 024 av chainsaw. the case hinges

Are you asking about the PVC carrying case? Isn't it possible to mount a couple of small hinges using countersunk screws from inside the case to lock washers and nuts outside the case. Use a file to remove any threads extending beyond the nuts so your leg can't get snagged. It might even be worth adding a couple of countersunk flat washers to the inside of the case. HTH
