No, they only sell the plastic pulley as part of the motor assembly, not separately. Currently $54.88, more than half the cost of a new trimmer. The belt says "call service center". I tossed mine and bought a cheaper model (NOT B&D!)

Rigid table saw blade frozen

Well with only this info it could be a lot of or many failures to lock it down . First is it belt driven or direct shaft drive.if it is belt driven ,
(possible more not likely ) then unplug power supply .locate belt and follow to bearing journal and pulley on the blade end . pull from this end in the direction the teeth are facing(forward or fryont )
. Shouldn't take much effort.the idea is to roll any foreign object
clear , or free of smaller areas that would bind or jam any part of the drive train . While your there check belt
TIP: usually, almost any type of motor that has a belt for the drive train, has built in thermal overloads .. Like a fuse when it gets hot ,
the solder pot melts thus opening the circuit . They reset themselves In a time vs. Temperatures. Depending on the melt point of pot ( some in mins , some in hours ) . For yours it takes 15
mins or so to allow solder to cool and the link has made continuity thus closing the circuit. If belt slips around pully but motor shaft turns , something or some object has gotten between frame and drive ,or the bearings are seized up on the blade end . That's why we roll the belt at the blade end istead of turning shaft at motor end . The only other thing is if it's a direct shaft drive , you still will be looking for a jam piece , however possibly a locked rotor in side motor ,, meaning the out put (Armature ) shaft extending from motor to blade has seized up internally .Again check bearings if direct shaft .,,also more and more power tools are coming with a brake on them . As soon as the user has taken the power of
of tool the brake will engage and stop any rotating parts .

I have a new eureka vacuum AS1101 and the roller brush wont spin. The S belt doesn't look worn. When the clutch is engaged the second smaller toothed belt doesn't run. Are the larger and smaller pulley...

The answer is you small wheel that is burned or melted is a result of having the carpet height setting too low for surface being vacuumed. Because of that, it causes the brush assembly drive to work harder. The smaller of the two wheels has..had a piece of plastic to hold it against the shaft to allow it to turn. It will have melted off and will not spin. The belts and even the other larger wheel will work, but just not engage the smaller and allow the brushes to turn. The part needed does not sell by itself, you would need to purchase the on/off wheel assembly. OEM Part # 84708. It is about $30 on amazon shipped. new-eureka-vacuum-as1101-roller-brush-imoup3n5z40rufpnmkir3rab-3-2.jpg

I Have a Stihl grass trimmer FS36. The plastic casing holding the drive shaft heats up and melt. what is the problem

If you're refering to the item i have highlighted then remove the driveshaft from the plastic flexible liner, clean shaft, re-grease and replace. You'll probably fing the shaft has become dry and has rubbed, causing it to get hot. The plastic liner should not be spinning in the drive tube assembly so you may need to get a new 'flexible liner' that fits snug.

The nylon or plastic belt restrainer on cabrio wed6600 dyer melted and lodged on drive belt mechanism. What is left of part appears to be a plastic or nylon closed ring drive belt retainer. How would I...

Lift the idler pulley assembly up toward the dryer drum to detach the metal tab on the assembly from the dryer base, and slide the assembly out of the open slot in the bottom of the dryer cabinet by pulling it toward you. Take the idler pulley assembly out of the dryer cabinet and dispose of the part.Slide the bottom bar of the new idler pulley assembly into the open slot in the bottom of the dryer cabinet and push down to set the tab into the hole in the dryer base to lock the assembly into place. Move the idler arm forward and place the dryer belt around the idler pulley by is the idler you need which is a pretty standard part

you make a loop in the belt to get it in the pulley, thats why you don't have to remove the wheel, and it comes as one complete part

The brush roller could be worn and in need of replacement. Some Eureka uprights have a wire guide that prevents the belt from slipping off the motor shaft.

How do u remove the u joints in a 1993 chevy 1500 regular cab short bed

Mark the shaft with a piece of chalk or something, front, rear, and rotation it's a good idea to try to get it back in the way it was. After you have the shaft out of the truck, you have to heat the yokes with a torch. The original joints have plastic injected into them to hold the cups in place you have to melt that out to get the joints apart. The new joints will come with snap rings to hold them in place. Once you have the plastic melted out support the shaft as close to the end as possible (be careful not to dent the shaft). Take a fairly good size chissle and hammer and pound on cross part of the old joint to force the cup out on opposite side. Repeat on all the cups, once you have the cups out clean all the rust and scale from the shaft bores. When you go to install the joints be sure you have the cross turned in such a way that you access the grease fitting (if that applies). What I do, is insert the cross into either the shaft or the yoke and carefully put on one new cap. Now, with a u-joint tool, vise, or big C-clamp push that cup in past where it would normally stop (1/4 inch past). By doing that you can get opposite cup started on the cross without messing up the neddle bearings. Now install the snap ring on the 1st cup and push the 2nd. cup into place and install the snap ring. Repeat on the rest.

Eureka 5843 belt keeps slipping off of drive spindle.

Tough one. Typically the only 2 things that the belt contacts is the motor drive spindle and the brush roller. Anything else would only be there to protect the belt from debris. Can you turn the brush by hand and see why the belt is coming off? Is the spindle wobbly? If so, you may need another motor as I don't think it is easy to get parts for the motor. Hope this helps and good luck!

I have a whirlpool gas dryer model number LGR5636JQ1. The belt burner up, when I went to replace it I noticed the thick plastic piece on the motor shaft had melted. Is this piece necessary? If so how do...

I assume you mean the cone shaped plastic on the motor shaft. this is not necessary, it is there to keep a worn belt from riding onto the shaft. if the belt and idler(should be replace with belt) are good it shouldn't cause a problem.

Plastic pulley melting

Whatever the pulley is attached to has seized. Either the water pump or tub drive, or something else has stopped spinning. The belt continued to run because the motor kept pulling it, and the friction from the belt melted the plastic pulley. Hopefully its the water pump, as its the most inexpensive. You should change the belt along with this fix, it has also got hot and probable will not last as long as it should.
