Question about Clarion Car Audio & Video
1995 Ford Explorer CD changer - I removed it from the car and console and have it opened up, but I cannot find the manual release for the cartridge. It is a Clarion part no. F7FF-18C830-AB.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

no every maker has their own plugs...you cant take a pioneer and hook up to a alpine using the same plugs,,,unless you splice into the wirse on the plug and find wich one is hot..ground..etc........

is there a coin holder in front of the changer? if so, there may be a coin lodged inside the changer preventing the carrier mechanism from moving. look on the bottom of the changer to see if a coin might be stuck.
