First Option: mostly nokia chargers doesn't make problems... just try the following.. connect ur mobile with a system (usb cable)... found out whether it is charging or not... if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)... if it charged with usb cable buy a new charger Please change Phone Bettery and check the charging IF Charging Problem not Solved So

Is your Micro USB cable a "B" or "A"?Micro USB "B" is for data/charging. Micro USB "A" is for charging only and will not work for any kind of data transfer (pins not connected). The connector will be labeled at the micro usb end. When you plug the cable into your phone a popup will ask you if you want to connect to mass storage. Once you answer yes, you can connect to the phone just like a usb drive.
In order to change this you have to disconnect the cable and then put it back in with 1mm sticking out as the adaptor inside automatically chooses the recmommened service.

Tethering your cellphone to your PC is first dependent on whether your cellphone is GPRS enabled and that you have a a data plan (preferably unlimited internet) with the service provider. The next step would be to check the service providers website, which can provide an application and instructions on how to tether the phone with a USB cord or Bluetooth. You can usually find it by searching "tethering" on the companies support page.
If your company does not provide support for tethering, but does not restrict it (make sure to read your service agreement) you may still be able to do it. From the phone options/settings menu select "internet Access" choose the PC connection field and select USB. As much I want you to transfer your pictures on your computer, there's no way for you to transfer your pictures from your phone to your computer. Since Nokia 1680c doesn't have USB connection, it doesn't have Bluetooth and memory is only internal.
