i am very mad my mom bought this for me and told me to be careful n now my mom iz gone for the weekend im so scared to tell her.
waht happend is that i was texting and i had to go to the bathroom so i put my phone on the counter n wen i was washing my hand someone called me and i answred wehn i was walking out the bathroom i almost fell and my phone slid straight into the toilet i got it out so fast and turned it off and took my battery out. i dried it with a towel then tried to see if it worked it did for about 10 min. then it started tweakin so now it is in a bag of rice i hope it works is this good enough??
I am not sure if this will help but here goes anyway. I assume you immediately removed the phone from the toilet when it fell in. Here is what I did in a similar circumstance. My wife once dropped her car keys and remote in the toilet while she was at work. Once she got home, I opened the unit up and using a hair dryer carefully dried off the printed circuit board. I then replaced the battery. The remote is still working today. Good luck! Whether this works out for you or not you should tell your Mom about it. Accidents do happen - my guess is she will understand.
