If you are copying a copyrighted material, that particular software probably does that in purpose so you can't copy it. It is illegal, and best you don't try to solve it, cuz it can get you in a lot of trouble.

- I am not an expert on software but I have worked on movie maker sofwares before. It maybe that the audio fomat is not compatible with your software. I use Roxio, so I am really not sure how to sovle this directly. Thats the only thing I can ask you is what formatt did you use? And we go from there. Try the audio extract feature if it has one and see what happens.Yes
