The problem us located in the image unit area. You can check the cleaning blade and the drum. If the lines is one of the cyan, magenta, yellow or black color, then check the drum and cleaning blade for respective color (ex. if the lines is black, check the black image unit).
Check and see if it does it on copies too. If so then your paper trays maybe out of center or your paper guides may be open. If everything is center and registration is correct, your print may be in the "Void Margin" this is an area around the page the machine will not put toner in. Konica Minolta Bizhub C203 copiers do not have an edge to edge print capability
I would guess the yellow toner cartridge is leaking. Clean out the printer, including the fan and air path to the back panel vent, and inspect the mechanics of the yellow cartridge section. If no abnormalities are seen there, try a different yellow cartridge. Stray or excess yellow toner might mess up all of your colors - do you see green blotches in blue areas?
If you had normal toner usage, I'd suspect a problem with the corona wire for yellow that lets the toner blow away from the paper instead of adhering. That would leave your reds with a magenta hue and paint the fan yellow.
You could even have both problems if toner powder has contaminated the high voltage contacts.

HI i am fron DPI Grafica SH and have made test of diferents ICC profiles. I will tell you how is my system to get to correct colors an sharp texts.
First - i print fron Adobe Ilustrator or Adobe PDF Profesional. If you have your file in Corel Draw export it to pdf or Publish a PDF File.
Second - I select s"sRGB IEC6 1966-2.1" this profile prints acurate fonts and colors that match whit de monitor. Is a little bit desaturate if you compare with " COATED Foagra". This one prints blurry fonts and blur edges.
This is the best result that i can get after print tests with all de ICC profiles.
Greetings and i hope that you can solve this problem.
