Problem for Motorola RAZR V3

Keypad doesn't seems to work - seems locked - gets incoming calls

My phone turns on but my keypad is not working - I did not lock it accidently - can't unlock.
I can get incoming calls but can't dial or speed dial out.

under tools there is a record option. erase all things that have been recorded. the button on the top screen on the right hand side allows you to record phone calls. You have probably been hitting it on accident and recording calls and such. Let me know if this works.

Hi,

I took the phone to my service provider and they said that the keypay is broke so it needs to be repaired

I cant even get to the tool option any button I press that message shows up the only button that works is to power off. Thanks!!!!!!

i know mine is gay also..
no water damage or anything..
Every once in awhile the volume screen comes up when i press any button but then i just close it with the on/off button so so gay

My issue is very similar but when i try and speed dial (any number) it wants to do a voice recording. I've had this problem on both mine and my wifes' RAZR, in both cases I was using my sim card. With her sim card the issue was not there.
