Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Sorry to know that your K3 player has frozen. I would suggest you to check for the following:
1. Check the battery charge status of the palyer.
2. Connect the player to PC and run YP-F1 Updater in the desktop to update the player.
3. Open the cover of the player and press RESET hole.
