Question about Computers & Internet
Hey there, there is really no easy way to do this. First suggestion, download ATF cleaner
this is a program that does the same thing as disk cleanup without doing the stuff you don't need to.
Then you have to go to add/remove programs in the control panel and remove the programs you don't want.
After all that I suggest purcahsing registry booster
or registry mechanic
these will clean up all the **** in your registry after uninstalling. Your computer will be back to factory or close and I'm sure run faster. Might as well do a scan with malwarebytes (free) too
or, you can always do a fresh install with the recovery cd. I always wipe my drives first but you need a boot cd to do that. It is better than formatting. I use disc scrubber, not sure if you need to go that far, more for paranoid people like me.
good luck, let me know if you need anything else.

You can do several things. You can do a disk cleanup. Just right click on all partitions and go to properties and clear the temp files, and all the files that you do not need.
Open browsers and go to internet options and clear all the internet temp files and cookies from there also.
You can manually clean temp files by going to Documents and settings/<your user name>/local settings/
Use a registry defragging and cleaning software(with caution). Defrag the disks. You can do it from the control panel. Or go to disk management in the management console.
To get it, r click on My Computer icon and go to manage. Go to disk management.
When u delete files, use shift and delete (do not go to the recycle bin then).
These services are available with recent anti virus software also. Firstly check you machine for any viruses.
Use a tuneup software like tuneup 2009 or system mechanic pro.
Hope this will help you.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
