I have nuvi 765t.it suddenely stop working since this afternoon.it was working in this morning.
here is what i tried;
1.i tried to charge in the car adapter--->did not work.(usally when it charging two yellow light is on, but it was only one light was on.)
2.i tried to charge thru USB cable---->did not work
3.reset(slide power key to hold it 8 seconds.and turn it on again)---> did not worki do not know what else to try...is it broke?do i have to send it fix?please someone help me!
Mine did the same thing. Take a T5 torx bit and unscrew the bottom two screws. Gently pry unit apart. I used finger nails. Disconnect the battery wires from circuit board. Leave unplugged for 10 seconds. Plug the battery wires back into the circuit board. Turn unit on and then plug into computer and run the garmin web updater. Download the fix from garmin. Or you can send back to garmin and two weeks later they'll send you a refurbed unit. You'll lose all your saved data. On top of paying the shipping.

There's a bug in the software that kicks in after June 22. Garmin have released a update to fix the problem, but the ones that does not start need to be shipped in for repairs.
