How can i get graphic card drivers?

Click on this Packard Bell Support Download link,

http://www.packardbell.co.uk/pb/en/GB/content/download

Click on - Link to the old page - to the right.

Click on DESKTOP
Click on iMedia (2004-2005)
Click on Driver
Click on Xp

Click on the appropriate graphics driver file, ATI_R480_Chipset.exe,
OR,
Radeon _xpress200_811.exe

Download the Execute file (.exe), and install it.

(I would also download, and install the ATI_Catalyst_8630.exe
It's the 'control panel')

I have Packard Bell iMedia 5094 (P660403401) which is very slow on start up and running programs can upgrade or add to the memory to speed it up

Howdy. unless you are doing nothing but very basic word processing, that computer will not run most modern programs well or at all. There is no way to speed it up enough to match current applications. A variety of faster machines are available for as little as 200 dollars. You can keep your mouse, keyboard and monitor and just replace the tower, or get all new for just a little more. walmart, tigerdirect dot com or overstock dot com have a bunch of deals. It's cool that it still works, though. you must keep it pretty clean. Farmerbear at FixYa

Usb on packard bell function slow (type usb 1.0)

This is normal. USB 1.0 is a lot slower than USB 2.0...why are you using USB 1.0 on a system that has Vista x64? Is it because of the device? Change the device...

Packard bell imedia 3034

After reading a ton of posts you may be correct, your board is dying or is dead.
An easy way to get your data off your old Hd to your new Hd would be to connect it directly into the new PC internally.
Just like you would a new drive only you would set the old drive as a slave. Here is your 3034 link.
http://support.packardbell.com/uk/item/index.php?pn=P842025601&g=1400
The motherboard in this 3034 is Gigabyte, GA-8SIML-NF7, shown at this link: http://support.packardbell.com/uk/item/index.php?i=spec_columbia5p&ppn=P842025601
There is almost no chance of you finding this board its just too old. There are boards at this link that will handel all of your imedia 3034 parts, motherboards.
