1999 chevy silverado i have no turn signal and no brake lights no hazard light but have tail lights .have checked the fuses replaced turn signal switch and Modules on tail light still nothing .have turn...

The rear module you name is probably the "rear lights bussing bar" mounted on the front of the cross member. There's a black wire that provides the ground for that bar and it usually breaks close to the spare tire lift.
I hope this helps. Take care.

NOKIA 5230-1C

In the top left hand side of the phone on the signal strength bars in there a red cross ? if so then please take the sim card out and put into another handset and see if it works in there and if it does it indicates that there is an issue with your nokia mobile phone however if it doesn't it means that the sim card has not been activated properly and so you will need to contact you network provider and give them the sim card number.

D link dir 615. Weak signal, router is put on main floor, but we are only getting 2 bars on the computer upstairs, and almost no signal in the basement. How can we improve the signal or do we have the wrong...

Try turning the router 90 degrees, and measure the strength.
Turn it another 90 degrees, and measure again.
Repeat.
Repeat.

Move to a house with wood cross-beams, instead of metal cross-beams inside the first-floor ceiling.

Rotate the upstairs computer 90 degrees, and measure again.

Buy a "Wireless N" router, for greater signal strength.

Blacklisted or Barred Handsets

What is it all about???
A phone may be blacklisted (or barred) for many different reasons, but the most common reason is that it has been reported either lost or stolen! It is only the networks (Orange, T-Mobile, O2, Vodafone etc) that have the facility to blacklist a handset.

If you are unfortunate enough to either lose or even worse have your phone stolen you should report it to your service provider (your network) immediately!
Your service provider can then blacklist the handset so that it can no longer be used to make or receive any calls. The networks do this by adding your phones serial number onto a national blacklist database (Central Equipment Identity Register). Effectively the handset becomes absolutely useless and the thief is in possession of a pretty paper weight! :-))

So How Does Blacklisting Work?
Every mobile phone has a unique serial number. This serial number is called the IMEI number (International Mobile Equipment Identity). It can normally be found underneath the phones battery and it is 15 digits long.

Now each time you switch your phone on or attempt to make a call the network systems check the IMEI number of the handset you are using. At this point the IMEI number of your handset is cross referenced with the Central Equipment Identity Register. If the IMEI number of your handset is on the CEIR then the network will either:

1) Refuse to send a signal to your phone (No signal strength at all)

2) OR WILL supply a signal but will not allow any outgoing or
incoming calls.

If your IMEI number is on the CEIR your handset is blacklisted and therefore useless.
