Question about HP OfficeJet 4315 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I suspect that the printer is sensing an internal fault and won't accept print until it is resolved. Check that all the cartridges are correct, and properly installed, well home, and that all the covers are on firmly. The check that the paper is loaded neatly. failing all that try reinstalling the printer.
