No but you could always put something under the stand most can only be tilted for lighting reasons.

Have a Soyo 22"LCD monitor--DYLM2286. Display comes on and goes off after a few seconds. This repeats as the computer boots up. Changed a cap that was bulging, but it made no difference. Any clues?

You should replace the whole set of the DC output sides first, not just the bulging one, bad cap can look normal but can have high ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance).
This is an example of what happen when only bulging caps are replaced: http://www.fixya.com/support/t5220798-three_hp_1702s_all_flicker

And when the caps are bad, it can also cause damages to other components also.
Capacitors kit: http://lcdalternatives.auctivacommerce.com/ he can make you a set of caps for you.

No screen after 5 minutes

Hello,

The picture board on your monitor is bad, since it goes off after few minutes and the power led or button is on, it means the picture board of your monitor has developed fault.

I would advice you replace the picture board on the monitor, this should cost you between $65 - $85.

Take care.

I have a Soyo Monitor, Model MT-NI-DYLM1998. It had been working OK, but I put my computer in storage for 2 weeks and then tried to reconnect. The Soyo monitor stays blank (black) except when it is turned...

i have encountered this same issue with a monitor like yours its very common especially for lcd monitors there is a bad diode on your monitor board and you will not be able to fix this yourself you can buy another or use just a regular crt monitor or your best bet is to have it repaired im sorry and i hope this helps
