If you're using an android, you can simply download pictures from your phone to your computer by connecting them via a USB cable. Then drag and drop the pics to your PC.

Of course, you can also use email or Dropbox to send pictures no matter what device you're on.
Connect data cable with computer to your phone then select mass storage mode and then open My computer and open your memory card from your computer and then transfer pictures from the directory to your memory card and at the end remove the data cable
