Problem installing my FRONTECH e-CAM JIL...
Hello,
i hv a problem installng the drivers for my cam.i m using Windows XP SP-2. whenever i install the drivers i get an error in the end that the drivers failed to pass the logo test (CODE: 39). previously i had installed the drivers and my cam was workng fine. recently i dont knw wht happend tht my cam was nt detected. i tried to intstall the same in other computers and its workng fine. so im sure its some problem with the operating system. i will be gratefull to u if u can help me to get out of it.

Hi sandysms, go to start ->settings -> controlpanel -> system -> hardware -> devicemanager . see if there is yellow
Exclamation marked the device . click on that click uninstall. then click scanfor hardware changes. your camera wil be automatically Detected by windows. and make sure driver installed properly you can download driver from www.http://drivertube.net/?p=5. and check for ur computer USB2 support.

yes i too have the same issue my system crashed and we reinstalled os and later we could not install the web cam same error trd to uninstall the drivers nd restarted the system and trd to reinstall it unplugged replugged the cam still nogo

i have a frontech e-cam Model No JIL 2218 and i had it installed on my laptop for skype video chat. It was working absolutely fine but now my laptop does not detect the device. If you could help me with this it would be great.
