I have cancelled many things on Amazon, but not a digital order. You should be able to go into your Amazon account and cancel that order. I don't know how they would even process a kindle book if you don't have a device.
To answer your question about Websites about something you ordered it by mistake the second time and you need to cancel i, might give you some orientation, but you are not indicating WHERE and WHAT you ordered. Please reformulate your question so someone might help you
If your order is through Amazon, and the order hasn't shipped yet, there is a possibility that the order can still be cancelled. Go to your orders and if it is not yet shipped, a cancel option may be available.
hope this helps
You can appeal to Amazon.com's Customer Service department. Once your free period has elapsed, it automatically becomes a "Paid Membership". If you haven't used any Prime Benefits outside the free window you can receive a refund of the full amount. Their policy on cancellation of Prime membership reads as follows: "Paid members who haven't placed an Amazon Prime eligible order are eligible for a full refund. You can't receive a refund if any of the household members have placed an Amazon Prime eligible order."
So, depending on how you've used the account, you may be out of luck.
