Question about Computers & Internet
Led on power light is on, light on PC shows its connected to a power supply. The Battery checks as fully charged. But when I press the power button, nothing happens. Not even a moment of power. I have a MT6723 Laptop. Any help you can provide would be great.
Remove the battery and try to turn on the laptop without the cord plugged in to allow the device to completely discharge. Put the battery back in and hold the power button in for 45 seconds, the lights should flash and then turn the laptop on normally.
This always works for my laptop.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
