Sounds like you have bad capacitors in the power board, you can fix it for a couple bucks if your handy with a solder iron or can replace the board if you would rather, most the time power supplies aren't that expensive

SOURCE: Panasonic 32" HDTV keeps turning off

Check or have a repair tech check connectors AP1 and AP2. Vibration rattles the power supply board (a crappy design, as the board is almost "floating") and causes the wires in the connectors to break, and may make intermittent contact. Heat may also cause intemittent contact. A very common flaw.

SOURCE: TV won't turn off

Problem solved. I opened the configuration menu, went to Setup, More, Light Effect, changed setting from "Always" to "In Watching TV".

Proscan 32" LED TV. Picture colors are opposite of correct, mostly reds and yellow. Any movement on screen shows multiple images. Refresh is slow or not working.

The TCON board or the LCD panel is faulty. Can confirm by replacing the TCON board.

How to plug a wii to a proscan "32" tv

If the TV has an unused HDMI port, use the HDMI cable that comes with the WII . If not , then use the 5 cable Hi def cable . Match the colors RGB on the cables to the same color input jacks on the TV The red and white cables are the audio. Make sure you don't get the wrong red cable mixed up. Note the input number near the jacks you use on the back of the TV. Select that number with the input button on the remote to see the picture.

My Proscan led TV (PLDED3273A) is switching color from red, blue, green, white, and black.

Just do a hard reset to this set and check. To make it a hard reset, unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If this do not help you, the main board to your TV is faulty. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Viewing it in "Mosaic" will make surf easy. I have a problem I am trying to connect my dvd player It shows black and white i have a proscan 32 inch what can I do to fix this ? please help.

Check to make sure the Video connector (YELLOW) is connected to a YELLOW plug on both the TV and the DVD. If it is plugged into a GREEN plug then it will produce the black and white picture and not a color picture.

Good Luck...

Trying to hookup vhs analog player to hd proscan

your toshiba player should have output composite video and audio which are color coded Yellow for video, red and white for audio same goes for proscan hdtv. connect between the two keeping in mind color of cables. If the toshiba player is really old you can connect the RF cable output to antenna input to the proscan tv and watch taped programs from the player on channel 3 of the proscan tv. If then you want to keep the hookup and still watch HDTV connect the antenna to the toshiba vcr and when you shut off the vcr you can now watch the hdtv channels as usual because now you are bypassing the antenna to the Proscan tv. Hope this Helps..

Popping noise on my tv

It could be the start of a high voltage leak. A bad anode cap on the red wire going to the picture tub. try putting a little silicone sealer around it and hope the transformer is not the one leaking.
