Unlocking the parental control (by 4 users)

can someone please tell me how to unlock my jensen ts275oj television. was watchin a movie then i press the parent control button accidentally and the tv just went blank ( blue screen) then there's a lock logo appeared on the upper left corner of the tv. my tv is not working right now. can anyone please help me and tell me how to unlock it. thanks .

my parental contrtol on my Jensen TS2750J TV was locked by a friend as a prank and now he doesnt remember the password. how can i reset it?

solid blue screen on my Jensen TV with red lock on upper red corner - no buttons work except "display" button. Please assist!
