Straighttalk needs to set-up my voicemail. so far, i'm geetting the same run around with your tech support.

Hold 1 and see if it dials your voice-mail for you. and use the last four of your number for the password or the last four of your social.

You can unlock your HTC cell phone by calling your current service provider and ask for the unlock code. If you're not eligible for getting the unlock then you can buy an unlock code from an LG unlocking Service and receive the code immediately. It is not expensive, check this out.

There is no way around that

go to massage setting - voice mail - change number or" full reset your phone.

Changing the voicemail message is as easy as calling your voicemail, selecting SETTINGS from the main menu and re-recording the message.
The type of phone (equipment) does not matter .
If you have problems and are unable to do it this way , then dial 611 from your phone and talk to a service tech regarding voicemail (option 5 I think...?).

the reason the phone automatically goes to voice mail is simply because the phone has sim card has been set to do so.

The solution is for you to deactivate the voicemail.

That is when you will be able to receive your call properly.

To deactivate the voicemail, all you have to do is to dial ##002# and send.

it will deactivate the voicemail of your phone and you will be able to receive your calls aswell as your phone will also start to ring out.

try removing the sim and reset the phone wihout the sim in it

I had the same problem with my LG100C. The tech support at Tracfone said that the person calling you must dial your area code too. Seems silly, but it worked for me.

You please change the setting from answer voicemail to ring mode if you have any dificaltey refer your phone user manual book and reset the option
