Are they using the proper wireless cards? Some are only compatible with 802.11 a/b not g...Does your router read 802.11g ONLY or a/b/g? What specifically are your wireless cards?

well!! if can`t then there is no ther option then resetting your router and reconfiguring it.this is for your own benefit.take care.
