I can't transfer videos over to the mp3 player. I have tried to convert it many times but the error message still comes up. I have had this problem since I got it and it's becoming very tiering...please help

Had same problem. I downloaded Prism video converter - free edition. It is
simple to use and it has converted everything I have wanted including
slideshows/movies I have made from my holiday photos.
