Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
There could have been a System update that used a part of it, perhaps you saved a game. There are many things that will slowly eat the Built in memory on an Arcade Version. This is why I always recommend a Hard Drive version.

u can go for max512 mb..dont go 1 gb as this will hamper the speed of ur mobile..& if u switch to 512 mb..do try to keep all the stuff in memory card rather than sim memory..transfer mostly all the things from phone memory to mem card.This will sort the speed problem of ur mobile
