At first my ipod wouldnt charge a few days after it wouldnt turn on. i have an ipod touch if that helps

First I would try a different charger for it, often the metal contacts inside the chargers can corrode just a little bit and prevent the electricity from charging your ipod and sometimes they just bend from general wear and tear. If the problem is not in the charger, then it is with your ipod itself. Unless you are familiar with opening and working on electronics yourself it would be easier to send it back to apple describing the problem and have them fix it. They usually have no problem with this (as they want to keep their customers faithful) unless the cause can be linked to product abuse.

Hello im having a problem with my ipod nano, it was dying so i plugged it in to charge it and it wouldnt charge and then it died completely so i tried to plug it into my computer and see if it would charge...

First, safely remove your ipod from the system.
Then restart your computer while pressing F8.
You should see a list of options to choose from.
Choose last known good configurations.
Let the computer boot up completely and plug your Ipod into the back of the system.
It should detect your Ipod.

I hope this helps!!!

How to enable by ipod

1.Make sure your charger is plugged in to your computer, but not your iTouch.
2.Shut off your iTouch(if charged wait and then shut down)If you can't shut it down.Hold down Sleep/wake button and Home button for about 10 seconds and it will shut down.
3.Hold the home button for 10 seconds, then plug your charger in while still holding it.
4.Keep holding it until a recovery screen comes up(the same screen when you buy one)
5.Open up iTunes, (should open itself) and then click Restore ipod.
Wait around 20Minutes and it should work.
Then it should be done.
(It deletes all your applications, but still works.)

Doesnt turn on.

This same thing happened to me. I was playing fantastic contraption and my ipod screen just went black and wouldnt turn back on. When I plugged it in to a charger, it made that charging noise, but wouldnt turn on. SOLUTION: try holding in the sleep/wake(power) button, and the home button at the same time for about 15 seconds or until you see the white apple logo. That worked for me, hope you get it fixed.

My ipod wont turn on or charge.

More than likely the battery just needs to be replaced. I let my nano go dead and it was doing the same thing. So just get it replaced and that should fix your problem.
