Question about Zebra P330i Thermal Card Printer
If the line is across the card from end to end on the long side in the same spot every time, then try cleaning the printhead. If it is still there then you most likely need a new printhead.

Yep, new head required.
A new head will cost you about £360 plus VAT.
Alternatively move your print elements to part of the card that is unaffected.
You can select rotate 180 degrees on the driver and print the otherway up is this moves an important part of you card away from the damaged bit of print head.
Keep the sticky roller sticky and keep your cards away from dust and dirt to make the head last longer.
