Same problem as others, cannot comunicate message, tried all the obvious. No luck.

I am experiencing the same problem... I have turned it off and turned it back on again, pulled out the cables and re-attached them, I have even deleted and then reinstalled the software but it's still not working.

Delete old drivers....download re-install complete software and driver pakage from lexmark website
