Question about IBM Computers & Internet
I had a similar problem with my Thinkpad A31...I did a defrag...then scan disk or some are called Error checking. Both can be found by opening MY COMPUTER then RIGHT click IBM PRELOAD (C:) THEN click PROPERTIES...then TOOLS then DEFRAGMENT NOW button then DEFRAGMENT. After it finishes repeat all above 'till you get to TOOLS...then CHECK NOW. Check BOTH boxes in there then click the start button...then Restart your computer...it will check the C: drive for errors.
