Question about Lexmark JetPrinter X1185 All-In-One InkJet
I have a Lexmark X1185 (print trio). I also just purchased a new computer with Vista as my operating system. Since the new computer - I can no longer use the scanner or the copier. It prints fine. I do not have disks and have gone to the Lexmark site to get the most recent update and still I can not scan or copy. Any help would be appreciated.
I had the same problem. Fixed it by reinstalling the drivers for the motherboard (USB drivers in particular). Hope this helps.

Check under device manager if the scaner driver for the device is installed properly, if not try to updaet it from device manager..and let the wizard look for the updated software for it..
