First I would like to know is there any cold temperatures in your refrigerator, It is possible that your freezer is not defrosting and causing this problem. I have the service manual and i would like to have you put your refrigerator into self diagnostic. Sea Breeze

Frigidaire FFHS2311LWD has water pooling up and freezing bottom drawer and lower vent. Drain tube doesn't seem to be clogged. Water leaks onto floor some days.

the drain tube is most likely clogged. if the lower vent is freezing up there is no way to confirm because it is covered with ice. the reason water leaks onto the floor is, the refrigerator goes into defrost, frost melts and runs down the ice to the door. use a hair dryer to remove all ice, then use hot water to check drain. drain tube may be up to a foot long and may have a trap. you may have to go in through the back to gain access to the drain

Very likely the vents are freezing due to the defrost drain is blocked so instead of the water from the defrost draining into the pan on the bottom as its supposed to its pooling in the freezer and freezing over the air vents.
This tip i wrote will help ya to clear the drain.

Started leaking water accumulated on bottom shelf in lower level. now top freezer takes 2 days to freeze ice, bottom freezer vent clogged.

The drain is clogged. When the drain clogs it can also clogs the airflow vents. Remove the back wall of the freezer to access the drain. Remove all the ice blocking the drain and the vents. Then use a trukey baser to force hot water down the drain until water flows freely. Then mix water with baken soda and pour it down the drain.

Check fan in freezer. Put your ear inside and listen and feel vents for air circulation

Also you might need a hardstart relay installed on compressor.
Check with local parts dealer for the part (ERP410) Instructions are on the kit. Easier than you think to install.

Fridge not cooling, freezer is fine, says 2 degress is warm, its not that old about 3 years

Hello. These can freeze up inside where you cannot see it. Your unit may actually need defrosted or the defrost heater element could be out. These can freeze up inside where you cannot see it. Please try the following:

Empty the unit out and unplug it overnight, leaving open with a pan to collect any water runoff if possible. Ice may melt from inside the freezer panels (ice only visible if panels inside freezer pulled off too see coils).

Pull your fridge out from wall and vacuum off any dust-bunnies or clogging dust from the back of the fridge (not to say house is dirty, this happens to fridges eventually). Just make sure air can fully flow through any fridge cover vents. Try to run the fridge normally again.

If none of this helps and it acts up again the defroster bulb is probably out inside the freezer down below the coils. This is normal as they have to be replaced eventually. Since yours is partly working it may just need a normal defrost and vacuuming as shown above.

Freezer is cold, refrigerator is warm. Compressor runs all the time. MN 25379132990 SN LA90301178

There are several reasons...If this is a top freezer model, check to make sure that the vent in the back of the freezer isn't covered up, as well as the vents in the front. Check to make sure your coils are not clogged with dust etc as that could make the compressor run nonstop.

Freezer/fridge fluctuates freezing/cooling

Yes, that is one problem.  The refrigerant needs to remove the excess heat through the condenser coils.  If the air flow is blocked, it will do those symptoms you described.

Freezer on the bottom model # PBF2555HEW Freezer works refrigerator not cooling at all

We let the fridge thaw for two days, cleaned it from top to bottom especially the coils and underneath. We moved it outside and used an air compressor to blow out the dust and dirt around the coils so nothing was damaged in the process. It works like a charm and probably more efficiently too. Before it had quit working it was freezing in the refrigerator part. So that was an indicator something was clogged. Moisture that collects and freezes blocks the air from circulating. The freezer worked great! But ice cream was too hard.  Now it's just right.
