I was Listening to my music when all of the sudden, the song froze and made a wierd buzzing sound. I took the battery out and restarted it like I always do, and since then, it just goes to the intro screen that reads, "Creative", and that's it. No matter what I do, I cant get it past that screen. Please help me with this issue.

This is not a Zen Vision:M. Likely a Zen Micro. The hard drive is bad and will need to be replaced.
