Question about GE JVM1630 Microwave Oven
I just bought this microwave and when it is unplugged and you close the door it is fine, but as soon as you plug the microwave in and close the door the fan makes a strange clicking noise - any thoughts?
Yes, the fan blade is hitting something inside.Usually by opening the microwave, you can slide or reposition the plastic fan blade on the shaft.Probably this happened in shipping to the store where you bought it.CAUTON:make sure the unit is unplugged before you attempt this.Other option is return for replacement.
