ASKO Washing Machine WM220(ASKO 206...

Dear Sir,

I possess an 10 years old Asko Washing Machine and now it does not have power on the Control Panel. One element on the control panel marked IS 2 is burnt out and nobody from ASKO does not want to tell me what it is. It has three pins and looks as high voltage transistor or MOSFAT or Triac or maybe a voltage regulator. It had exploded and front side is missing so I could not read it.
Please, could you advice me what is that element and what could be the reason it had exploded.

Thank you and best regards,

IS 2 looks like a MOSFET on my machine
I'm not sure on the Manufacturer - Their logo appears to be a large streaked "I"
The numbers on my mosfet read:-
H542
TOP200YAI (this last digit could also be a 1)
PC0288

Cheers from a fellow busted ASKO consumer.. :(
Mine appears to be motor or motor controller related, so if you don't fix yours, I'd be happy to take a few parts off your hands. ;)

- Here is a picture of the component in my IS2 slot. It certainly looks like a MOSFET.
