Not able to print, keep saying 1 document on pending. I have deleted everything and still no able to print. scanner, copier and fax is working normally.

Your document is stuck in the printer queue. Usually you can fix this by shutting down the printer completely and disconnecting the power connection then starting over. Depending upon your computer and the software you are using it may be possible to have the computer empty the queue

Keeps printing copies of what i copied last week and won't copy what i want this week

((make sure you have the printer turned off)) otherwise you it might print another page if you have multiple prints in the queue you will have to open a file that you are about to print click ok a page will open with a display print queue tab you can see all prints right click on the ones you don't need select cancel
it will be in the print queue where you can stop it printing right click to delete what you are printing you might have to uninstall the printer then reinstall to adjust your print settings

or just go into your printers settings to alter/change the settings

hope this helps

The problem with this is that the previous printing jobs are still on queue
To delete the Printing queue try doing the ff:

Double click the Printer Icon under Printers and Faxes then
Delete all the printing queue

Click Start then Run then type print stop spooler
Click Start then Run then type print start spooler

Try hooking the printer again

Hope this will help

Printed an alingment test and a copy keeps on printing before I print off any work that I am trying to print

First, try shutting down your computer and restarting. This should clear the print queue, which might have become "confused". You can also turn off the printer to eliminate any stray print job that might be remaining in it's memory.
