Well first thing I would check for is a virus or spyware. Next I would test the hardware (RAM mainly). if you do have spyware it sounds like it has gotten far enough to crew up your PC and I would recomend looking at reformatting it. let me know if you need more help

My 05 Focus speedometer is wacky. All other gauges and systems work fine. The speedometer needle doesn't go to zero when vehicle stops moving.

Sounds like the speedometer is faulty. If the speed sensor were the problem, the odometer would not work correctly, the transmission would not shift correctly, and the check engine light would be on.

Why does my pontiac stall out when I am slowing down to stop?

Probably need to set the idle a bit higher. That keeps the RPM of the motor high enough that it won't stall when you come to a stop.

After riding for a short period of time it cuts out when coming to a stop and dies like it is not gettin spark or fuel or something

1.there is some constant amount of acceleration is always given to the engine so that it idles properly when you stop or slow down. the amount given for idlinng may be less so it stops when you slow down your car please try increasing the idling accelaration amount.

2.the injectors may be dirty so when you slow down the speed of your car the fuel inlet pressure is reduced so the amount of fuel goin inside the cylinder is also reduce or cut off due to the dirty injectors. so the engine stops.clean the injector and try firing the engine.

Software work to slow and it shot down

Software Installation : Installing more and more software can make the computer slow down. The reasons for that are that installation of a software will make entries in registry and that is somewhat bad. The software may be running in the startup. The software will install various files on the computer and an overloaded hard disk makes the computer slow.
Free up disk space : Try to keep your hard disk space free. You’ll always notice that a computer with free space on hard disk will always run much faster than the one which is loaded with extra stuff.
* Remove Unwanted Items From Startup : Well, if you’ll remove the unwanted softwares from the startup then your computer will boot up much faster and the memory (RAM) will also remain free and thus that will again result in better computing experience
Run hard disk maintenance utilities : Always run the utilities like Disk Defragmentation or Disk checking utilities regularly, around once in 2 weeks
Run Registry Cleaner : Right, this one is related to first tip. In case you’ve already installed and uninstalled various softwares before reading this tutorial then you can go ahead and run various registry cleaning softwares

Manual Transmission CAR Drive

Use the brake pedal. Downshifting to slow down is not very smart if you're not in a race car. Have you ever tried to replace a front-wheel drive clutch? Could cost over $1000 to have done at a shop.

Brakes are cheap....and easy to replace, even in your driveway!

It could be a virus or some spyware/adware slowing down your system, or it could simply be that your system needs to be cleaned.
Run some general maintenance, including :-
A virus scan,
An spyware/adware scan,
Defragment your drives,
Restrict programs that load at boot-up and reside in your system tray.
& clear your temp directory's out as well.

At the very least, this should help with the problem.
