Question about CD Drives
My Phillips CD Rom in my computer has started giving me an error message " Please insert a CD" when there is, indeed, a CD already in the slot. Can you give a possible fix? the computer reports the "device is working properly".
Your CD ROM needs to be cleaned from inside may be it can't read CD because of dust on lens
