You can end certain tasks in the Processes tab of Task Manager. Check the processes such as toolbar and other processes and end them by right clicking the process and selecting End Process. Do not end System process, they would be mentioned as SERVICE, SYSTEM.

Explorer.exe errror

if you having trouble with explorer.exe not opening on start up then there is something potentially wrong, an easy way to get around this is to press [ctrl+shift+esc] this will open task manger, then click file and new task and type explorer.exe, this will now boot the process into life.

if it is a regular thing try booting into safe mode to see if it reoccurs if not but does normally work out when it last worked fine and then back track your installed programs

Slow to open

Hi,
Is this slow when start up the computer or slow when you open an application?
If slow when start up the computer, the reason is your computer has too much start up programs and services. All these software, services is required to open as start up of the computer, that reduce speed of log on/ start up process. You can speed up by try these steps:
1. Start - Run: type: msconfig and hit enter.
2. The System Configuration Window will appear. Click on Selective Startup. Then go to Start up tab, untick the process that you think it not importance for start up such as Acrobat Reader...ect. 3. Then hit apply and restart your computer. You can disable all of start up services.
If slow when you try to open an application, then the reason is your computer busy work with some other higher piority process. If you think that you need this application open quicker, you can go to Task Manger and End the task you don't want it run or the task that took a lot of CPU resources.

Hope this will hellp

Want let me open some things in the control, add and remove and other things

It's a scare-ware rogue anti-virus. Mutated from MS Antivirus a long time ago, and has changed names as fast as people change underwear.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MS_Antivirus

It will not let you perform any administrative tasks.
No access to Control Panel, so no access to,
1) Add/Remove Programs
2) Performance and Maintenance
3) Administrative Tasks
4) Task Manger
5) Windows Explorer

Just to name a few.

Soon you'll lose access to the Internet.
Suggest you use the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, and kick it to the curb.
Just because it's free don't underestimate it.

Information on Malwarebytes,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malwarebytes

Free version of Malwarebytes on Cnet,

http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html

If you cannot directly download Malwarebytes to the infected computer, download to an uninfected computer, burn it to CD disk, then install it in the infected computer.

Once installed run Malwarebytes.
The time it takes to complete depends on two things.

One, if you click on Quick Scan or Full Scan
Two, how large your harddrive is, and how full it is.
Average time is around 38 to 42 minutes.

Once Malwarebytes has run, close it.
Now go to Control Panel, Performance and Maintenance, and System Restore.
(Upper left side of the window)

Once System Restore has opened, TURN IT OFF.
System Restore not only keeps what you do want, it also keeps what you Do Not want.
Yes, that scareware rogue anti-virus.

In the System Restore window go to the left side, and click on System Restore Settings.

Click in the empty square box to the left of > Turn off system restore on all drives.
Go below to the right, and click on Apply.
Now go to the left, and click on OK.

Run Malwarebytes one more time.
After Malwarebytes has finished go back to System Restore. Turn it back on.
(Click in the square again, and remove the checkmark. Then click on Apply, and then OK)

Go into system restore and create a restore point.
This way you'll have a restore point to go back to in case of trouble.

Displays sys error session manager initialization terminated unexpectedly status of 0xc00026c (0x00000000 0x00000000)

smss.exe is the process that manages sessions in Windows Computer. This is the session manager subsystem, which is responsible for starting the user session. This process is initiated by the main system thread and is responsible for various activities, including launching the Winlogon and Win32 (Csrss.exe) processes, and setting system variables. After it has launched these processes, it waits for either Winlogon or Csrss to end. If this happens normally, the system shuts down; if it happens unexpectedly, smss.exe causes the system to stop responding (hang).

In this case, I suggest that you start the "smss.exe" process manually from the Task Manager. You can press the "Ctrl+Shift+Esc" together to display the Task Manger window. Then, click on the Applications tab then the "new task" tab located at the bottom. In the New task dialog box, please type "smss.exe" and click OK.

However, you can also perform System Restore to restore the Windows System files to the time when it operated normally. Performing System restore will not delete any saved data however, all the installed programs after the selected restored point will be unistalled and require to reinstall them.

Compaq n600c hang problem plz slove my problem

Please give more information Like --
After how much time it hangs?
what OS u r using?

in general answer --
open task manager (pressing CTRL,ALT, DEL keys) this will bring up Windows Task Manger, click on Application, highlight any task that is Not Responding and click on End Task.

Also, to make your CPU boot up faster, I would
click on Start
click on Run
type msconfig.exe (this will open System Configuration Utility box)
click on the Start Up Tab
(you will see several boxes checked under Startup Item). And look for programs that you don't want to launch every single time you log on. (such as Realpayer, yahooMessegner, realsched, etc).
Uncheck the boxes and this will require a reboot. Your computer will bootup a lot faster. These programs you can always open when you want. You can always tell if you have a lot of programs that startup when you turn on your cpu and in the righthand corner, where the time time is at, you see a lot of icons.

Also if you can always open up task manager again, click on Processes, find explorer.exe and kill that process, this closes everything on your screen. dont worry...
then in task manager
click on FIle
New Task Run
and type explorer.exe and click OK
and you will see all your icons pop back up on the screen.

Post reply....
Thanks
