Re: no videos...

PSP support videos of MP4 format only. So you have to convert the videos of other formats to MP4 in order to put the videos into your PSP. I prefer to use Aimersoft DVD Converter Suite for it supports all popular formats including AVI, XviD, WMV, MPEG, MPG, FLV (YouTube), DAT, RM, RMVB, MOV, ASF and limewire video to PSP MP4 format. You can find its guide on:
Hope to help you.

Re: no videos...

PSP running a firmware 2.80 or newer, you can also use MPEG-4 in MP4, which also plays MPEG-4 videos. then Copy Video file To PSP into "VIDEO" folder", and you are done! to play it, on psp menu > Video > MemoryStick > x(enter) / triangle (information).

format Memory stick with psp for get organize of folder. hope this helps.

My memory card (2GB) in my psp lost the games, saved data and those psp themes but I didn `t delete those

There are a number of reasons why that happened. It could be you ejected your memory card from your psp without powering it off first, your memory card is too full of files up to its very last megabyte, or probably it's just another hardware glitch. Try powering off your psp, remove the memory card, reinsert it then power on your psp. If you still don't see your files, power off your psp, remove your memory card and then using a memory card reader, connect it to a pc to check if you can get access to your files. If your files still don't show up in my computer, then your files are gone for good. You have no choice but to start from scratch.

How can i put music on my PSP

1 connect your PSP to your pc
2 a window will open with what is on your PSP's memory card.
3 if you dont have a folder labeled music make one and label it MUSIC
4 add your music to that folder... just drag and drop the mp3 files into it.
5 disconnect your psp go to the icon music on your psp and your music will be there
6*** the only limitation will be if you dont have room on your memory stick.... I would suggest using at least a 2gb stick to store music/movies on

hope this helps

I want to download games from computer/internet to my psp but it could not be read. how can i make my psp downloadable? please help! ty.

first you need to have a memory card (sony memory stick pro dou) at least 2gb capacity on the psp, then you will need a standar USB cord to transfer the data from/to PC/PSP, second your PSP needs to be modded (it means you need to upgrade/downgrade the firmwaire to a hacked one) and you will have tocopy the games, music, video, etc to the respective folders.

usually PSP no need a driver to work ones is plugged to the pc. if you have a really old psp go to click on the PSP tab , serach for the FAQ secttion and get the proper driver for your model of psp if need it

I want to put music, Movies, and videos on the PSP and dont know how. I want to put my things in my iTunes on the PSP. Can I do that and if so how?

I am not sure how to put them on from iTunes. But to put things on the PSP you need a memory card and either a USB cord to connect the PSP to the USB port in your computer or a SD card reader in your computer. After you have done either of those, you have to plug in either the PSP (with the memory card inserted in the PSP) or the memory card in SD card reader. Once you have done this, a screen should pop up on your computer, asking you how to open the files on the memory card or PSP. Select the one where the picture is a folder (should say browse) and open up the memory card folder. Open up the folder in your computer with the desired files. Highlight the files, right-click on the mouse and select Copy. Then go back to the memory card folder and right click on an open spot and select Paste. This should copy the files over, but, even though they copy over, that does not mean you can acess them through the PSP. That I know of, Microsoft Word files cannot be acessed through the PSP. That seems to be one of the only files unable to be used with the PSP.

I cannot find mp_root when i connect psp into pc

Okay the easiest way is to re-format your memory stick using your psp. Just make sure you save any files over to your pc (like games saves, pics, etc, etc...)

1 go to system setting on your XMB menu click on it
2 look for format memory stick click on that (make sure you saved what ever you have on your memory stick that you wanted to save because it will erase everything on your card)
3 click yes to proceed and it will re-format your stick and you should have all the necessary files folders on your memory stick.

IF you still having trouble please feel free to ask. :D

Opening a 4 gb games

1) First of all you check that you had copied games in the same folder structure of 4gb memory card as it was in 2gb memory card. 2) If you are using the top red strip memory card as shown in image it is the reason for not opening the downloaded games on the 4gb memory card. you can try the other one type which is shown below in the image. this will work fine. Note:In image 2gb is shown as example.
