The spa heater does not work and when we turn on the spa and heater, the water immediately starts to drain out. we have a natural granite stone pool and spa that are separate

The draining of the water is usually a problem with the valve actuator that is in the system to direct the flow of water to the pool or spa. For a picture of what this is, follow the link below:

Sometimes the small toggle switch on the back of this unit will get flipped to the second position, instead of the first, and will drain water. Other times, the valve has gone bad and will need to be replaced.

As for the heater, do you see any error codes or anything that will help determine what this issue is caused by?
