Question about HP Pavilion a1120n (PX759AA) PC Desktop
I have an hp pavilion a1120n and I am trying the add additional memory to it. I have bought 2-1gb memory (pc3200) twice, each time the computer responds the same way. When I install it, either in addition to the existing memory or without the existing memory, when i turn the computer on, it comes on (ie, the power is still working & the fan kicks on), but does not boot up. When I remove the new memory and put the existing memory back in, it is fine. Help!

Because DDR memory is backward-compatible, you can safely upgrade your system with any of the guaranteed-compatible DDR speeds listed below, even if your manual calls for PC1600 or PC2100 speeds.
Each memory slot can hold DDR PC3200, DDR PC2700 with a maximum of 1GB per slot.*
