YOU COULD ALSO GO INTO THE SERVICE MODE VIA CLEAR ALL THEN 107 AND HOLD DOWN THE RED STOP BUTTON TILL THE SCREEN CHANGES IF YOU LOOK FOR COPIER SP IN THE FEED SECTION THE FUSER SETTINGS ARE THERE YOU CAN OPEN FUSING TEMP AND CHECK THE TEMPS AT THE TIME TO SEE IF THEY ARE RIGHT.. IF IT SEEMS RIGHT IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN A READ ERROR AND BY GOING INTO MODE AND LOOKING FOR 5- 810 YOU CAN RESET THE SC TURN OFF AND THEN BACK ON IT SHOULD CLEAR... GOOOD LUCK A

Hi I have the dp-3510 and it is displaying the message p/m fuser web with a contact phone number. I tried calling the number but it's not in service. Panasonic won't answer questions and neither will anyone locally. they just insist on coming out to the house and charging a bunch of $$ to diagnose. What does this message mean? Some prints are faint or faded but not all of them. the printer has `187000 total prints/copies according to the onboard console.

Xerox DocuColor 6060 keeps coming up with Subsystem Fault 009-363 upon warm-up. Have scrolled through Xerox Support site for help, but am unable to find solution. Would be great if there was a guide to the fault codes. Could someone please advise me on this? Thanks
