You can update on iPhone or with iTunes.
On iPhone: Navigate to "Settings > General > Software Update" tab to download the newest update.
On iTunes. Plug your iPhone to computer and click "Download and Update" to download the latest firmware for your iPhone.

My iphone3 showing No service when switched on. I cant make or receive callor txt
go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings. If this dsnt help then try to do a powercycle by pressing down the home button and the on/off button on the top both at the same time until you see the apple logo.

If you still have an issue with it then try updating the software on the phone itself which is def bound to help. Also if you could try another sim card in the phone just to make sure that the sim is ok.

Hi there I have bought a panasonic Sc-sp100 docking station for my iPhone, I bought this expensive one as I thought I was paying for the quality. The problem is when I dock my iPhone 4 a message pops up...
I think some docking stations do not work with Iphone3 + as the hardware has been changed by Apple. Thye warned all manufacturers about this but many ignored it! There is not solution other than to buy a station that specifically says that it will play Iphone3 +.
