Printed pages have a light shade of toner left on the paper.

If there is still some kind of residue on the paper. Take the toner cartage and shake it evenly so that the toner inside is not all lumped to one side. Run the drum cleaner on the printer again and if you are still having problems it may be something else. Inspect the drum which should be smooth and not have any blemishes or scratch marks (alot of cartages are refurbished and may not be perfect). Also check your allignment of the toner cartrage inside the printer, if its a little off you may have problems.
